This condo was absolutely beautiful. It was perfectly located, had beautiful views, easy access to the water and restaurants. The owners, guest service host (Eve), and the housekeeper were all friendly, professional, and quick to respond to every question. We needed a decompression girls trip, and this was exactly that. I highly recommend Casa Graciela and will definitely be back!

The condo was really nice… very spacious. Just like the pics. Hosts were great. They provide a very good list of instructions and recommendations. You can tell they have equipped the condo for their enjoyment and do their best to inform you how to maximize everything they have done, learned, etc.

My first trip to Cozumel couldn't have been better, and staying at Casa Graciela in El Cantil was a huge part of that. The condo was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pictures dont do it justice. This is the most amazing vacation rental I've ever stayed in. Waking up and walking right out to the pool or ocean was hard to beat. Also the location was great and close to everything. I'll definitely be back.

We had such an amazing time at Casa Graciela. It was perfect for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids), with plenty of space to rest individually and also hangout together. The views were unmatched. The apartment was in pristine condition with quality furnishings and linens/products throughout - you can tell how much thought and effort the hosts have put into the space. We loved being able to use the private elevator to access the unit, and thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and snorkeling from right in front of the complex. We found the location to be wonderful - about a 20 minute walk to the main areas of downtown Cozumel, with plenty of nearby restaurants. The building security and on-site coordinator were so kind and helpful. The apartment felt like a luxurious space of our own, and we’d love to return someday!

Gary’s place was great! Beautiful ocean views. Excellent and clean. Lovely furnishings. Right on the ocean. Loved the private elevator and staff. The bikes were great too. The only downside was since it is close to EVERYTHING it can get a bit load at times with taxis and the town, but they do provide sound machines and for most people it would not be a big deal but we are from Minnesota and live in a very quiet neighborhood so it took some adjusting. We had a chef one night which was great and did two boat trips with Dariio - highly recommend. I have high end taste and this place met all the requirements. We dined at Mingos, Hemming ways, Guidos and Guidos and Mingos stand out. We also did Paradise Beach on a Sunday when only one Cruise ship. Great times!

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Casa Graciela. From the private penthouse elevator entrance to the expansive deck with sweeping ocean views, this place has everything you need to feel like you're living in luxury. The pristine marble floors, sparkling countertops and colourful artwork added to its high-end feel, without it being too over-the-top. We had one issue with the main bedroom's air conditioner, which was quickly addressed. The guidebook contained thoughtful details, including a recommendation for a boat excursion with Dariio, which was definitely a highlight of the trip. El Cantil is a great condo complex - the location very central and walkable, and we took advantage of the quiet pool area every day. Thanks Leslie & Gary! We will definitely be back. - Cam & Shari

Our family had a wonderful stay over Spring Break. The condo was spotless, the view was amazing, the location was perfect, and everything matched the description. Loved the tour recommendations for snorkeling, visiting Mayan ruins, and local culture. Only suggestion would be to add a few more cooking essentials; only salt and pepper were available in the kitchen.

My family agreed this was the best place we’ve ever stayed. Very clean. Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. Plenty of room. Walkable to lots of restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. It was very easy to get around. On top of that, amazing snorkeling right off the docks! Highly recommend!

Gary's place is even more beautiful than pictured, if that's possible! It is in a very safe area and the private elevator with the parking garage is the cherry on top. We already can't wait to come back. We won't stay anywhere else in Cozumel again! Gary is super easy to communicate with. And so is Eve! Both of them made our stay super comfortable. Housekeeping every other day was fabulous. 10/10 ratings all around

This was a wonderful spot for our family vacation. The condo was just like it is in the pictures and close to shops and restaurants. We loved sitting on the large patio and made use of the pool and snorkeling out front. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. We highly appreciated the use of this property.

I cannot say enough about how stunning this place is. It is the best place we have ever rented and we have rented many around the world. It was beautiful, immaculate, spacious and extremely well equipped. Check in and out were seamless and the location was excellent. The highlight was the terrace overlooking the ocean. We will definitely be back.

As we sit and wait for our time to head to the airport, I look around Casa Graciela and think how lucky we were to find this home for our stay in Cozumel. I had a really good feeling before we even arrived, so much so that we booked our November 2026 trip before we arrived for this trip. I knew immediately upon stepping into the condo two weeks ago that we had made the right decision. We have been staying on the island for over 30 years at various villas and started staying at El Cantil in 2021. Casa Graciela is the loveliest home we have ever stayed in. Gary and Leslie have gone above and beyond with all the extras provided and the quality of the workmanship throughout the condo is top notch. Some things that made our stay very nice: Security pad entry instead of key cards. You only need the cards to use the elevator or get in the stairway. Private elevator entry directly to condo if you want to use that one. Large balcony with comfortable seating. White noise machines in every room. Hot water in showers at all times. Sunsets from our balcony. Three bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms, plus a half bath in the open area. We didn’t think we would use the half bath but it sure came in handy when the private one was occupied. Wonderful housekeeping service every other day at a time suited to us. The condo was spotless when she left. We increased our tip to her after the second cleaning as we found she cleaned for over 3 1/2 hours each time she came. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The mattress! We need to find out the brand so we can get one back home. Quality snorkel equipment available. While we had our own, our friend used it to snorkel and he said his mask stayed sealed even with his mustache. The outdoor hangers and hooks to dry swim suits, towels and snorkel gear. This is the first condo at El Cantil that had this and it was very nice to have this! The overall quality of absolutely everything in the condo. The digital welcome book is filled with everything you need to know before your arrival and during your stay. Kudos for a job well done on this! What a lovely stay we had! Thank you Leslie and Gary for sharing your home with us. We look forward to returning in November and for many stays to come.

Casa Graciela was fantastic. The location was very walkable to town and restaurants. The amenities were great. The condo was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The pier offered easy pickup for diving. I would recommend Gary’s place and plan to use it again in the future.

What an amazing place to call home during our vacation! We were right in the middle of everything and had easy access to 2 huge grocery stores, shopping and too many restaurants to get to during our stay. The pool table got a lot of use in the evenings. We chose to get a Jeep during our stay, so it was nice to have the garage to keep it in. Leslie and Gary were so easy to work with. I had to move our vacation back a week due to a work meeting that came up. They didn't hesitate to accommodate our change. They were also helpful with suggestions on activities and any concerns I had about traveling with my 86-year-old mom. She had a great time by the way and said Cozumel is her new favorite place! Highly recommend booking directly with Leslie and Gary for the best prices and the extra help planning your trip. It makes all the difference!

Perfect spot to stay in Cozumel for our family of five. The unit is beautiful and full of amenities like a private elevator and bikes/helmets, the view is gorgeous and we hit the pool and snorkelled off the dock every day. Being within walking distance of groceries and restaurants was so convenient. There's a whole guidebook provided with very detailed info on the unit and local recommendations for excursions to restaurants. The property management staff were responsive and the staff at the building were so helpful. We loved our stay and would absolutely go back.

This place exceeded our expectations! It was spotless and very well maintained. The listing was completely accurate and all the amenities and room sizes were precisely as described. We loved everything about this place! The condo itself was spacious and comfortable, great convenient location to easily walk to stores and restaurants, really good communication from the host, and the views were absolutely stunning. There is fantastic snorkeling right off the private dock, and we loved that we could be picked up from the condo dock for a boat snorkel tour. My husband and daughter also loved the use of the mountain bikes to do a long ride around the island. I highly recommend Cozumel as a vacation destination, and this condo is an amazing way to experience it!

Just returned from 9 days at Casa Graciela - outstanding property! We usually stay at the Presidente hotel but my family of 5 all agreed this was much better. Modern, well appointed, great air-conditioning, easy walking distance to town & restaurants. Very responsive property manager. Exceeded our high expectations!

This is my second time visiting Cozumel. The first time we stayed at an all inclusive resort, this time we were traveling it a large group and decided to go the Airbnb route. We felt very much at home, safe, loved the location, views and Gary was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again, walking distance to downtown, grocery store, and ferry. The pool was cleaned daily, the snorkeling was my family’s highlight, very friendly staff. Met and exceeded our expectations

Casa Graciela is a stunning and immaculate condo with an excellent location and incredible amenities! From the the pool table, blue tooth speakers, ninja blender for margs, beautifully appointed decor, the Mayan chess set, breathtaking views and fantastic snorkeling right in front, this has been an Airbnb we will never forget. Immaculate!!! Can’t go wrong staying at Casa Graciela!Our family of 4 just got Scuba certified, El Cantil is conveniently located on the pier where many dive companies will pick you up. The condo was breathtaking! Amazingly clean, well decorated and love the open floor plan! We ate out local to get the full experience but all utensils are provided should you want cook. The beds were so comfortable! I really appreciated the water dispenser! Watching the sunset from the balcony was awesome! I could go on about how perfect this condo was for our family, our boy/girl 13 year olds really liked having their own rooms.

What an amazing place to stay in Cozumel! First, the condo itself was absolutely perfect - it had everything you could want on a vacation - a very well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, plenty of space for 5-6 people, a beautiful balcony overlooking the water, views of town, fast internet, housekeeping every other day, bikes, exercise equipment (bands and a yoga mat)…I could go on forever! It was immaculate! Second, the location for enjoying Cozumel was terrific - walking distance to town and loads of restaurants (the ones the hosts recommend were great!), 2 grocery stores across the street, snorkeling right out front, a heated pool and a hot tub! We went to dive and our dive boat picked us up right at the pier - so convenient! This was truly the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, and the hosts could not have been more helpful!

So...after many many vacations, in many great locations. I have to say this was in the top two best of all time. The pictures represent reality, no surprises here. This property is as advertised...it's phenomenal. The snorkeling that was available right out your back door was exceptional. Every two days the cleaner Gelby came in and did a great job cleaning and doing the laundry. Many many places to eat and shop within walking distance, great parks and things to see all over Cozumel. I suggest renting a car if you can and exploring the entire island. It's a great vacation, I was here 9 days and never ran out of things to do. I highly recommend this property, super nice and centrally located, very safe...really you can't beat it. Thanks Gary!

Casa Graciela is absolutely stunning and I doubt there is any better place to stay on Cozumel! The penthouse decor is absolutely beautiful and welcoming....well appointed with everything we needed and more. It's complete with comfortable bedding, great showers and bathrooms and that kitchen is to die for! (And the cutest tequila shooter set ever!) The views of the aqua colored ocean with white foamy waves make for wonderful dining, hanging out and long lazy naps on the lanai. The weather was so pleasant we shut off the AC and opened the sliding doors and windows to enjoy the wonderful breeze and sound of the ocean!! The location is perfect - walking distance to most all the shopping and restaurants - a fun, vibrant place to be for vacation. Leslie and Gary were GREAT hosts too - VERY responsive. We will work our future trips to Cozumel around the availability of their fabulous home away from home!

We loved everything about Casa Graciela. The home is nicer than the picture’s portray. It was very clean, had great amenities and nice extras like bikes and snorkel gear. The location is great. Close to restaurants, super markets, the ferry and activities. We highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

Excellent place in downtown Cozumel. It is ideal for stays with family and/or friends. The apartment has plenty of space, incredible views and an amazing decorating style. The building has a direct dock and access to the sea with a fairly comfortable pool as well. Thanks to Gary and his hospitality team for always being in touch and available. Very attentive

Outstanding in every single way. First, the host was exceptionally communicative prior to our stay even going so far as to help us with a Jeep rental and sending a thorough Welcome Book. Check was a breeze and the home took our breath away! Even more beautiful than the pictures. We were awe struck with all the amenities and gorgeous view! There was so much space for our family which made the trip that much more enjoyable. I never wanted to leave! We had a hurricane cut our trip short and once again, the host was so helpful, communicative and accommodating. Hot tip…follow the recommendations in the Welcome Book. Every restaurant and beach club they recommend was perfect. Every time we tried something not recommended, it was a disappointment. Turns out they know what they’re talking about! We all agree that we want to come back to Cozumel but only if we can stay at Casa Graciela. It was just that perfect! Thank you for letting us borrow your lovely home ❤︎

Beautiful Property but not without hiccups. On our first day in Cozumel we arrived at the property around 4:15 on Sunday afternoon but no check in instructions were provided by VRBO. We had no communication so we were very confused about how to get into the unit. We found out later that the property manager forgot to meet us on site to go over check in. An hour later she came by and went over procedures. Upon entering the condo, it was exactly as advertised. Very beautifully appointed, with stunning views out of every window. This is one of the nicer units in Cozumel and, for the most part, we really enjoyed the property. Apart from the chaotic check in we only had one other significant issue. About 200 yards North of the property is a bar called Cantina 101. Unfortunately, every night, the club played loud music outdoors until long after midnight. The master bedroom is closest to the noise so we could hear the bass making it very difficult to sleep. We sleep with really loud noise machines but it was not enough to drown out the noise (sounded like the club was right outside the window) I don’t recommend this property for light sleepers. We are not light sleepers but it drove us NUTS. This as the most disappointing part of our trip.At the end of the day the property is perfect EXCEPT for the noise.

Great Stay. The property is recently renovated, and it is a beautiful property. My family enjoyed our stay with incredible views and lovely scenery.

An absolutely amazing, modern, sparkling clean condo with the best beds to recover from adventures. You are above the ocean where you can watch ships come and go and snorkelers explore the clear waters as you sip your coffee or cocktail and think about what adventure you did or will do tomorrow. My wife and I stayed for a week in mid June and had seamless and safe travels in and around Cozumel thanks to the Guide Book/App provided by Leslie and Gary, the wonderful staff at El Cantil, and the recommended guides. The place is amazing and you can snorkel and stand-up paddle board right out the door in between relaxing in the infinity pool and watching the sunset from the private patio. But if you are also ready for the "Big 6" wildlife and adventures of Quintana Roo - this is the posh home base where you can do it all: #1-3 in Cozumel: 1. deep sea fishing for dorado/Mahi Mahi (with Dario at Pesca Solos Experiences - Dario is the BEST and will pick you up right on the pier at El Cantil!!). 2. sting rays circling your feet while you eat fresh ceviche made from the dorado you just caught (also with Dario - did I already say he was the best!!). 3. fly fishing for bonefish (and tarpon with Aquarius Fishing) #4-6 on the mainland - recommended by Leslie and Gary as an option before or after your visit to Cozumel if you want to fly in or out of Cancun:. 4. swimming with whale sharks (off of Isla Mujeres with Sea Hawk Divers - ask for Raul and Mar!). 5. mating and nesting turtles (en route to whale sharks, on the beach at Playa Media Luna (excellent location!) and at Mirador Punta Sur). 6. snorkeling among stalactites and stalagmites (in "pet cemetary" cenote with Marisa Costas (and Rebecca) near Tulum). From El Cantil, you can walk to so many Restaurants with the best food. Catch your dorado with Dario and have one of the local restaurants cook it up for you! Gary and Leslie have created a magical place and their recommended guides/tours/restaurants are not to be missed. We will be back to get our SCUBA certs and explore the underwater world that we missed the first time. You will not be disappointed with the condo and unlimited adventures that await you at Casa Graciela.

Absolutely amazing condo - do not miss this one. Well appointed and beautifully designed. Had everything we needed and more. Even my teenagers were impressed!

Great stay. There were five of us. Beautiful style and furnishing. Great and easy communication with Gary and the property manager. Guys working front of condo were also easy to work with and helpful. We enjoyed the pools, easy access to town and swimming in the ocean out front. Be mindful that the parking garage is small with tight entry way especially. Also fair bit of noise from nearby plaza mostly used by locals that often had music till midnight.

This place was amazing! Eve the local contact was so helpful and the place was perfect. We had a great time on the balcony, off the docks, and in the pool - it was perfect for our group.

Great location awesome host. We loved the view and everyone was very helpful. Just understand you are in downtown so the noise will rise since there is no double pane windows. Other than that great spot for restaurant, clubs, midtown food strolls! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us we would love to return.

We stayed for a week at Casa Graciela (mid-April 2024). We had a perfect stay, with perfect weather. The condo is located within the El Cantil building, right in the middle of all the action! We enjoyed the energy of the surrounding neighborhood, and being able to walk/bike everywhere. No stone was left unturned with the recent/complete renovation of this beautiful property. The photos are EXACTLY as the property is - picture perfect. We had a blast at every turn. We followed Leslie & Gary's recommendations. They were all very good suggestions! We found the island to be extremely reasonable, in terms of costs for an island. There really wasn't any sticker shock. Here's some of our costs, for 5 people, all in USD$$: Airport Shuttle: $65.00. Grocery Store run for weekly snacks/bread: $130. Thirsty Cougar dinner: $190. Money Bar -- bike ride for bloody marys (SKIP the bloodies): $30. Rock N Java dinner: $120. Guidos Restaurant (GREAT!): $255. No Name Bar (great spot!) - day drinking & pool: $145. No Name Bar - evening snacks and drinks: $260. Rock N Java (breakfast, solid spot): $140. Hemingway Lounge dinner (SKIP for dinner; go for snacks, drinks only): $170. Portosal Restaurant (GREAT, except when the club music upstairs started): $195. Fiesta Car Rental and gas for 24 Hrs: $135. Macchiato Café (for Breakfast - GREAT FIND!): $85. Barefoot Lounge (a few drinks, beachside): $20. Rock N Java (take-out food for light meal): $55. Thirsty Cougar #2 (we started here and ended here with dinners. The food and service are really good; and it's just a fun street scene, with live music): $165. Jeannies Restaurant (breakfast, solid): $160One final comment.... This is a . city/street unit, so you'll hear street noise and there's frequent "energy" at night (It's not disruptive, at all, and in fact.... 99% of the time... sitting oceanside, you'll hear nothing but the sound of breaking waves and, occasionally, children playing!). We loved it, but do not expect a super quiet, remote location in the jungle. Pro Tip: The white noise machines helped 99.9% for when there was music playing from the new club a block away. The ocean carries sound! =) Still, we slept like babies, all 5 of us. WE WILL BE BACK!

Amazing Condo. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Graciela! Such a luxurious condo that has been tastefully decorated with amazing art work and furnishings. Very spacious and quiet. The huge balcony is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The pool area at this complex is very clean with a large area for guests to spread out and enjoy. The heated pool was the perfect temperature. The location is great, with two grocery stores nearby and some great restaurants within walking distance. The employees of the condominium do a great job assisting with luggage, calling taxis, maintaining the property and greeting us, coming and going. We highly recommend this property.

Loved staying at Casa Graciela! We used the pool and snorkeled right off the back dock. It was nice being able to walk to many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores in just a couple minutes. The digital welcome book was extremely helpful and we used many of the recommendations listed. Whenever we were at the place, we always tended to gather around the massive kitchen island or on the balcony from where we had amazing views of so much, including beautiful sunsets. We would definitely stay here again when back in Cozumel.

Beautifully Renovated, modern, sparkling clean, amazing views and fantastic/seamless communication from Leslie and Gary made this a perfect week for our group. We were 3 retired couples staying 8 days for a break from the winter weather back in the States. During most days the guys would be picked up at the El Cantil pier for a half day of diving while the ladies enjoyed time at the condo or down at the beach/pool area. Casa Graciela is perfectly located with short walks to Restaurants, Bars, Groceries, Diving, Snorkeling....all the best things that Cozumel has to offer. When we needed a ride the El Cantil staff was right there to fetch a Taxi in just minutes. We used the Guide Book/App almost every day. Our favorite restaurants were Buccanos(5 star...don't miss this one...make a reservation early or even before your stay), and Kondesa...great atmosphere and every menu item we tried was over the top delicious. We took a guided trip to Tulum and used Marisa Costa at Costa Private tours....she was the best. As recommended in the guide book we used Scuba Mau to coordinate all our dives. We were diving 5 days(including one night dive) and every dive was seamless, safe and full of underwater sights and adventure. The king beds in each bedroom were very comfortable. Every couple had only good things to say about a good nights sleep and the white noise machines will take away any interruption you might hear from the streets below. As a group we prepared full meals in the well furnished kitchen. We also enjoyed many afternoons and evenings out on the patio watching beautiful sunsets and the never ending parade of cruise ships coming in and out of the harbors to the north and south of El Cantil. Housekeeping staff came in three times during our stay and polished the place back to perfection leaving fresh towels each time. This was greatly appreciated. Don't forget to leave them a tip! Gary and Leslie have worked hard to create a special place at Casa Graciela. If you choose to stay here we guarantee you will not be disappointed.

AMAZING place!!! I’ve traveled all around Mexico and stayed at some fancy places but this place beats all of them by far!! This large pool is heated to a very warm temp, we were able to swim in the rain at night with our kids and grandparents that’s how warm it is!! Bottle of tequila as an arrival gift was an excellent touch, we went and bought another one after it was so good! Included perks were bikes and snorkeling gear to use!!

Have stayed at El Cantil condominiums many times in the past few years (love the location and direct access to the ocean--great swimming and snorkeling). Our stay this time, however, was much better. The condominium is amazing--I should have booked for 2 weeks! We were able to park our small rental car (large cars not recommended) for free under the building in a gated garage. The space for each bedroom and bathroom is also great. We were able to easily cook breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen. Location: excellent--next to 2 grocery stores, easy taxi access, water access, close to restaurants. The noise from any of the festivals across the street always ended before we went to bed (and we liked the music). Overall--excellent vacation with my older parents and brother, very clean space, beautiful decorations.

Christmas by the Sea. Fantastic location to ocean, pools, local culture and groceries! New, clean and modern condo! Luxurious for sure! Eve, the local manager, was great! The owners were quick to respond when needed! What a great find! Would love to visit Casa Graciela again!

I recently stayed at Casa Graciela along with 4 other people and the unit was fabulous. The location was great, we were able to walk to town, to numerous different restaurants and we were able to snokel right off the pool area. The views and the sunsets were amazing and the communication with the hosts was great. The entire unit was very well equipped with anything from kitchen supplies, to snorkeling equipment, yoga mats, and even bikes. 10 out of 10 for us. Highly recommended for people racing the Ironman, location is right off the finish line and expo area.

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at this newly remodeled vacation rental in Cozumel, Mexico. I can't say enough about the incredible experience it offered. It truly deserves every one of its 5 stars! First, the location was incredible! Its convenient location in town allowed for us to walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. The only time we took a taxi was when we toured the other side of the island. Having the 2 grocery stores directly across the street was very handy to grab groceries and random items during our stay. The condo is situated on the corner of the 8th floor of the building providing incredible panoramic views of the ocean, the town and jungle. It seriously is like you are on top of the ocean! We enjoyed waking up to the gentle sound of the waves and sipping our morning coffees on the private terrace. Watching the ocean activity during the day (cruise ships & boats passing by, etc) was great entertainment. But probably our favorite part of the day was experiencing the most amazing sunsets in the evenings from the terrace...an unbeatable view! The condo itself was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, it provided all the comforts of home and more. We loved the local art displays throughout the home, very well done. The spacious living areas and fully-equipped kitchen made it a joy to spend time indoors when we weren’t out experiencing all that Cozumel has to offer. It was EXACTLY as advertised. The complex also has a great private heated infinity pool overlooking the ocean which we enjoyed spending a couple of afternoons lounging by, sipping margaritas, and even caught a couple sunsets from the pool area. It was not crowded, which was really nice and relaxing. We also loved swimming and snorkeling in the ocean right below the condo daily! Our fishing and excursion boats picked us up at the private dock on the property which was extremely convenient. The local management team was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Eve, our main contact, was always just a text away with any questions we had and always responded promptly. The owners provided great recommendations for local activities, restaurants and bars in their welcome book, which made our vacation even more memorable. In short, this vacation rental was fabulous. It offered the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure & convenience. We can't wait to return.
