--- Casa Graciela Pequeña is also offered as a two-bedroom residence. During 1-bedroom reservations, the second guest bedroom and its ensuite bathroom are securely locked off, allowing couples to enjoy the entire luxury residence at a preferred rate while maintaining the same exceptional experience throughout the home.

Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500 as we understand accidents happen. However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.

We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction, and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

El Cantil is a vibrant and premier oceanfront property that can occasionally experience periods of construction upgrades to improve the overall guest experience. These are generally confined to one residence at a time and typically occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

--- LOCAL CELEBRATIONS AND EVENTS CAN OCCASIONALLY TAKE PLACE IN COZUMEL. THE CELEBRATIONS CAN SOMETIMES GO LATE INTO THE NIGHT. MEXICO INDEPENDENCE DAY (SEPTEMBER) AND CARNAVAL (FOUR WEEKS FROM LATE JANUARY THROUGH FEBRUARY) ARE TWO EXAMPLES.
